Products

My Giclée prints are sold online in limited quantities and availabilities.

I endeavour to show all my prints as true to life as I can, however, please take into account that my pictures may not be to scale so always ensure to check measurements. Although I try to reproduce colours as accurately as possible there may be some alteration depending on your computer screen or the photography so please be aware of this when ordering.

Please contact me if you have any specific questions about a Giclée print and I will answer to the best of my ability.

Pricing

All of my prices are in AUD.

My prices are subject to change at any time, without prior notice.

Orders

When you place an order with me you will receive a confirmation email to let you that I have received your order. My acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. Please ensure you keep this email as I may need you to refer to it should there be any issues with your order.

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order.

In the unlikely case of an error on the website, I will try to contact you to resolve the issue but I reserve the right to correct any errors and inaccuracies, update any information and/or cancel orders where necessary without prior notice.

Payment

I accept payment from all major credit and debit cards, or via PayPal. Card payments are processed securely through payment portal Stripe.

Payment will be debited from your account prior to the order being dispatched to you. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. In the event of a card refusal, I will not accept the order. In this case I will not be liable for delay or non delivery.

All communication between my payment system and the cardholder is made through an encrypted SSL-line (Secure Socket Layer).

I will not have any access to your data that is exchanged in connection with the purchase. All personal contact information is held strictly confidential. I guarantee no other persons will have access to any of your personal information or payment details.

Delivery

Australia Delivery is charged at $12 per order as standard, and $15 per order as express. Orders (where standard delivery has been selected at checkout) will be sent out using Australia Registered Post. Your order is trackable and will require a signature upon delivery.

Delivery to overseas is charged at $25 per order as standard, and $30.5 with Signature on delivery service. All orders will be sent out using Australia Post International Standard Tracked service and will require a signature upon delivery if you choose Signature on delivery service. Please note, I will not be responsible for any additional charges such as import duty and tax and custom charges that customers may incur when orders arrive in the designated country.

I aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible, however, all prints are made to order, please allow approx. 3-7 days for delivery in Australia, 10-14 days for delivery overseas.

Should a signature not be received, your parcel will be taken to your local post office depot and it will be your responsibility to arrange collection or redelivery (no cost) on an alternate day - this will need to be done within 2 weeks or your order will be sent back to me.

The prints will be delivered to the address provided by the customer. Costs which are incurred due to incorrect address information, may be passed on to the customer. I shall not be liable for delays or other disadvantages, which result from an incorrect address.

Occasionally, circumstances beyond my control can delay the delivery date. I cannot accept liability for any inconvenience that may result from the delay.
