Unfortunately, no refunds will be given once the order has been confirmed by email.
Only damaged/faulty items may be replaced.
All of the Giclée Prints are carefully inspected before sending, and great care is taken in the packaging to ensure that all prints reach you in perfect condition.
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty print, please let me know as soon as possible by emailing email@example.com and include your order number and preferred contact details. I will then do my best to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. Please do not send prints back without contacting me first.
Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you. All items returned as faulty will be inspected upon return, when I will decide whether to accept the item as faulty. I strongly recommend you use a registered and recorded postal service as I cannot be held responsible for goods being lost or damaged during delivery. Please also retain the proof of postage as I will require this for my records and in order to reimburse you the correct amount. If I am unable to provide you with a replacement for any reason, I will be happy to refund you in full.
